Turns out that having only a little over 10 hours between arriving home time and going off for another 11.5 hour shift is detrimental to your writing time. I've learned from experience that I need to do some relaxing type things between shifts or else it's really brutal to go in for the next one (even in cases like today where the first one wasn't actually too bad). In that vein I chose to watch some TV and now am going to watch an episode of Quantam Leap. Best guess scenario has me getting about 7 hours of sleep if I post this right now so I'm going to do so.
