I had a very bizarre dream last night. It wasn't bizarre in that it was particularly non-sensical or anything like that. It was bizarre in that it was highly coherent. It was basically a movie (a kinda campy sci-fi thriller), complete with scene fades, musical cues and it even had a shocking twist, set up for a sequel ending (with dramatic music) that managed to synch up with when my alarm went off. Crazy.
Quote of the YesterDay:
Commissioner Gordon: It could be any one of them... But which one? Which ones?
Batman: Pretty *fishy* what happened to me on that ladder...
Commissioner Gordon: You mean where there's fish there could be a penguin?
Robin: But wait! It happened at sea... Sea. C for Catwoman!
Batman: Yet, an exploding shark was pulling my leg.
Commissioner Gordon: The Joker!
Chief O'Hara: All adds up to a sinister riddle... Riddle-R. Riddler!
Commissioner Gordon: A thought strikes me... So dreadful I scarcely dare give it utterance...
Batman: The four of them... Their forces combined...
Robin: Holy nightmare!
For this one I you had to name the actors who played the villians. The answers: Frank Gorshin - Riddler, Lee Merriweather - Catwoman, Cesar Romero - Joker, Burgess Merideth - Penguin
Question of the Day:
Keeping with the villians from the original Batman series/movie theme I've decided to compile a list of actors/villians from the 60s Batman TV show. If you can add one name to the list (either someone who played a Batman villian or the villian) you get a whopping 5 points. (No looking it up online either or Batman will cry!)
Frank Gorshin - Riddler, Lee Merriweather, Eartha Kitt, Julie Newmar - Catwoman, Cesar Romero - Joker, Burgess Merideth - Penguin, Mad Hatter (with his diabolical hat factories), Archer, Puzzler, Siren, Nora Clavicle (the EVIL femenist), Marsha (Queen of Diamonds), Bookworm (Never hit a man with glasses!), FlaseFace, Liberace (don't remember the name of the villian he played though), King Tut - Victor Buono, Mr. Freeze (3 guys played him but I remember none of their names), Egghead - Vincent Price, Olga (Queen of the Cossacs), Shame (the cowboy), Lord Fog and Lady Peasoup, Green Hornet and Kato - Bruce Lee (not really villians but Batman and Robin thought they were), Louie the Lilac - Milton Berle (cause there's nothing as evil as being named for a flower),
Add just one name and you can get much points. I almost certianly missed some recurring villians too (I came really close to forgetting about Louie)
