A rather odd collection of calls came my way at work today. For the most part the calls weren't that unusual (though there were a few exceptionally PC illiterate types), it's just that I seemed to get mainly problems that required a fairly high number of steps to resolve. We don't get a daily talk time average but if we did I'd guess mine was probably rather close to 30 minutes today (which is about double my normal average). Not that long calls are necessarily worse (unless you're dealing with someone bitchy and/or dumb). I do hope for an increase in the shorter calls tomorrow though as I'd like more green time on my long shift of the week.

Obviously there's no who said what to guess, I just thought the entire brillant deduction deserved to be quoted. If you do want to score some points though name at least 3 of the 4 actors who played Catwoman, Joker, Penguin and Riddler in the movie quoted above.
