The Quilted Cave

Ramblings from everyone's favorite quilted super-hero.

Well that was a much busier than expected day. The original plan was for us to answer 1 or 2 calls today. Apparently someone higher up decided we had a certain number of hours we needed to be on the phone. So we started the day in pairs on the phone. One of the six in our group was sick though so I went solo. And then the support server and all the tools crashed meaning we had little or no resources with which to troubleshoot. Certainly made for an interesting first half of the shift. After lunch everything was back up and we were put on individual comps (though I already had been on an comp by myself all shift so I was fine). Answered quite a few calls on a wide array of issues. Day certainly goes by much more quickly when you're on the phones instead of in a classroom.

Also, Jesus Christ: Vampire Hunter wasn't quite as good as I expected it to be but it was still well worth the staying up for. AND it took place in Ottawa. So not only did Jesus come back to help stave of a horde of vampires, he did so in our nation's capital.
